Digital Workflow Management

Digital Workflow Management Essentials for Smart Factory

Smart Factory takes current manufacturing processes to Industry 4.0 standard: highly agile, efficient, and automated production lines capable of data generation and collation. Combined with analytics and machine learning, the factory of the future will have predictive and prescriptive capabilities, contributing to higher productivity & boundless innovation.

The Malaysian Smart Factory (MSF) 4.0 program @ SHRDC offers smart factory competency training through hands-on and online/remote learning approaches, ideal for relevant skillset and talent development towards an Industry 4.0 ready workforce in Malaysia.

This program provides a hands-on approach towards development of Digital Workflows for workflow process management and optimization. The participants would be able to develop and implement digital workflows to manage their resources and processes digitally which provides real-time monitoring and visualization of their processes. The digital workflow management tool would provide an effective platform for the industries to monitor and optimize their processes and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency of their operations. The utilization and implementation of digital workflow management tools in their operations would provide an added advantage towards the future of manufacturing and manufacturing related services.
