Attendance

Please be at the training/course venue at least 30 minutes before start.

If your course is being held at SHRDC Shah Alam, our receptionist at 4th floor will direct you to your classroom. Alternatively, you can check the daily timetable on display at 4th floor reception.

Parking

Parking fee varies by location.

If your course is being held at SHRDC, you may park at either of the following locations.

1. MBSA – RM0.63 per hour (Payment method : Parking Coupon  | Flexi Parking™  | Selangor Smart Parking)
2. Open air car park at Block 4 – RM3 per entry

Dress Code

Smart Casual. No slippers, shorts or t-shirts.

Photos and Videos

1. No photos allowed within SHRDC premises without permission.
2. No videotaping of the course is allowed.

Mobile phones

Be considerate. Switch your mobile phones OFF or set it to Silent.  Vibrating mode can be disruptive to others.

Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your course:

Emergency Exits

Take note of the emergency exits at your course venue. In case of an emergency, please follow the Exit signs located around the building.

Certificates

If you are missing a certificate, please contact us at +603 5513 3560 and ask for the Operations Department. Please quote your company name, course name, and course date to facilitate assistance.

Invoice

If you are missing an invoice, please contact us at +603 5513 3560 and ask for the Finance Department. Please have your company name, course name, course date or confirmation letter to facilitate assistance.
