Competitive Intelligence - Blindspots and Cross Competitor Analysis

INTRODUCTION

This 2-day course will equip you to analyze the evolution of your industry, develop deep understanding of competitors, and expose blinders in management assumptions that will significantly affect your company’s future. It also teaches the construction of strategic map in one’s industry or segment which allows for more accurate predictions of competitors’ moves, quick analysis of multiple competitors, identification of “white space” potential opportunities and a clear identification of different strategic approaches in one’s market out of the volumes of daily tactical noises. 

Upon completion of the 2-days seminar, you will be able to:
